Buffy Gillette joined LQ Commercial in 2022 as Senior Associate in the greater Central Florida market.

Buffy the “CRE Slayer” is a 19-year Orlando market expert and 13 year Commercial Real Estate veteran.

She specializes in the leasing, sales, and tenant representation of office product, with an emphasis on leasing new office developments, investment sales, and corporate services.

Prior to joining LQ Commercial, Buffy worked as the Director of Office Leasing and Sales for Harbert Realty, where she assisted in opening its Orlando branch.

She has also served as both Managing Director and Director of Leasing for Taylor & Mathis, who later merged with Cushman & Wakefield.

Early in her career, she worked for a national home builder in marketing, sales, development, and residential community management. 

Buffy has served on the Florida Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) board, the Programs Committee of Orlando Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and in several Orlando Chambers of Commerce.
