The Marketing Coordinator role masters traditional marketing through collaborative, speed-to-market strategies, and storytelling success. Unleash your creativity as we converge digital, grassroots, and unexplored avenues.

This is a part-time role, with training provided.

MARKETING

• Create flyers, e-mails, and social media posts – tell its unique story.
• Enter new and revised listings into company and third-party websites.
• Create closed and specialty announcements, then shout it from the rooftops!
• Ensure property signage shines and is readily available.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign activities.
• Generate demographic reports and VOID analysis.
• Craft maps and aerials to paint local commercial real estate landscapes.
• Structure tenant and buyer tour books to initiate their site selection adventure.
• Assemble custom thematic maps (density, income / expenses, competition, drive-times…).
• Build thought leaders with engaging social content and news breaking information.
• Offer consultancy on listing + tenant enhancement opportunities.
• Accurately account for digital deal files.
• Assist with incoming calls and office equipment / supplies / IT, as needed.

• Desire to grow in Marketing.

• Working knowledge of Canva preferred.
• Introductory knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus.
• Strong communicative, interpersonal skills.
