Edward has been a resident of Naples resident for over 15 years and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2019 with a degree in Business Management.

Edward started his real estate career as a commercial real estate appraiser in 2021. Shortly after, he became a licensed real estate Sales Associate in 2022.

As a commercial real estate appraiser, Edward gained a thorough understanding of the real estate market including market trends, valuation techniques, and property management practices.

Edward has worked on a wide range of commercial real estate projects, including but not limited to investment portfolios, office buildings, retail spaces, industrial warehouses, special-use buildings, agricultural land, vacant land, land assemblages, and multi-family properties. This experience has allowed him to develop a strong analytical mindset, with keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.

Edward is well-versed in the latest technologies and tools used in the industry, including appraisal software, GIS mapping, and data analysis tools. Edward is committed to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and is always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge.

In addition to his technical expertise, Edward possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both essential in building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
