Eric Edwards launched 2019 with LandQwest Commercial as a Senior Broker Associate in Naples, Florida. Eric has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years, with a concentration on office and industrial assets throughout Southwest Florida. Eric was recognized in 2016 as a CoStar Power Broker TM Top Leasing Professional.

Since 2005, Eric has represented owners and tenants in their site selection, leasing and acquisition/dispositions in transactions totaling over $62M.

Eric was originally a Partner with Bridgepoint Ventures, where he represented a vast network of investors to develop large-scale, luxury condos and hotels in Chicago, Las Vegas, Miami, and Naples.

Prior to joining LandQwest, Eric was a Senior Director with SVN KOVA and was a significant contributor to the shaping of Southwest Florida’s commercial landscape.

He successfully leveraged the firms’ Property Management division with his commercial brokerage background on multi-million projects including the mixed-use Orion Center, the St. Vincent De Paul Society, the Alico Business Center and numerous Class-A office centers in North Naples.

Eric is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) Florida Chapter, the Southwest Florida Business Network International (BNI) group, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
