Ryan Baarman is a Retail Associate in the LQ Commercial Orlando office, where he specializes in the tenant representation, leasing, and sales of single and multi-tenant assets across the Greater Orlando metro.

Ryan has an eight-year track record of successful site selection, underwriting, negotiations, canvassing, and marketing of existing & ground-up retail developments.

His Central Florida roots brings first-look sites to tenants and new-to-market concepts to landlords. Ryan is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

His transactional footprint features Starbucks, Sonic Corp, McDonalds, MedExpress, Arby’s, Verizon, and Trulieve, to name a few.

Ryan is a University of Central Florida graduate with a bachelor’s in finance from the UCF College of Business Administration.
