Stephanie, born and raised in Miami, FL has now been with LandQwest for over one year. She received her Associates in Accounting from Rasmussen College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University. Stephanie comes to us with thirteen years of expertise in the field of accounting. 

This experience includes working as the Accountant for Investor Friendly in North Fort Myers, Staff Accountant for Catherine L. Back, CPA in Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Staff Accountant for Anchor Financial Services in Stuart, Florida.

As Senior Staff Accountant for LandQwest Commercial, Stephanie’s job duties include creating annual budgets for the company, completing bank reconciliations, processing commissions and 1099 forms, and managing accounts receivable and payable for LandQwest Commercial across the Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa and Orlando offices. Certified in sales tax, Stephanie’s additional responsibilities include communication with vendors to render payments, and compiling financial reports, which she presents to owners of the company.
