His background spans acquisition, leasing, and disposition of improved properties, making him a well-rounded and trusted advisor.

Steve is actively involved in both the business and civic communities. He currently serves as Chair of the City of Fort Myers Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and is a past member of the Lee County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. He also participates in several local business groups, continuing to strengthen his ties to the region he calls home.
