Zach Ellis joined LQ Commercial in 2024, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong foundation in commercial real estate. As an Associate, Zach specializes in land sales, retail leasing, and market research. He plays a key role in supporting leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, and new business development throughout the Tampa Bay commercial real estate market.

With a keen eye on Tampa Bay’s evolving commercial real estate landscape, Zach actively tracks market activity and trends.

He also serves as a trusted liaison to Paul Rutledge’s extended client network, helping ensure a seamless client experience across all transactions.

Zach holds a business degree from the University of Central Florida and gained hands-on experience through a real estate internship while completing his studies.

Since joining LQ Commercial, he has contributed to a wide range of projects, working on lease negotiations, asset disposition, and site selection efforts for clients such as RaceTrac, Wells Fargo, and Marriott.

Currently a CCIM Candidate, Zach is known for his strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
