Eli Dioso serves as a Senior Associate with LQ Commercial Group in the firm’s Tampa office. Dioso began his career with LQ in 2016 as a marketing & research specialist, where he provided oversight of GIS mapping, demographic analysis, and market research. His strong foundation in market research and data analysis has played a key role in his evolution into a commercial real estate advisor focused on identifying and executing successful real estate opportunities for his clients.

Deeply rooted in the Tampa Bay market, Dioso was raised in Palm Harbor and attended Clearwater Central Catholic High School before pursuing his college education. His longstanding familiarity with the region has provided him with an in-depth understanding of the market and a keen ability to identify emerging trends, development patterns, and areas of opportunity.

Dioso has cultivated strong relationships throughout the Tampa Bay community and maintains an extensive network of property owners, developers, retailers, restaurateurs, and fellow brokers. His local market knowledge, research expertise, and industry relationships allow him to provide clients with a strategic and informed approach to their real estate objectives.

Dioso maintains an active portfolio representing companies across the Tampa Bay MSA. Eli’s tenant representation includes McDonald’s, ALDI, Planet Fitness, Total Wireless, MMC Hospitality (Mr. & Mrs. Crab, Hong’s BBQ, Kanji Sushi Lounge, Chen’s Duck & Dumplings), Mangosteen Hospitality Group (Mangosteen, The Crane, PLATE, Glass Noodle), Mochinut, Doodle Noodle Bar, Pigtails & Crewcuts, Playa Bowls, and several other growing brands.

In addition to tenant representation, Dioso has extensive experience in landlord representation, a diverse portfolio consisting of lifestyle centers, neighborhood retail centers, single-tenant assets, and ALDI excess-space opportunities throughout the Tampa Bay MSA. His comprehensive market knowledge and relationships with retailers, landlords, and industry professionals allow him to effectively identify opportunities and execute strategic leasing and site-selection initiatives for his clients.
