Annette Manuel joined LQ Commercial in 2024 with over 25 years of experience in property management.

She has a comprehensive background in financial reporting, a commitment to producing timely and accurate reports, while maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and staff.

She is skilled in computer operations including accounting software packages such as MRI, Skyline, AMSI, Timberline, QuickBooks, and Kardin.

In her role as Senior Accountant, Annette produces:

• Financial Reports
• Processes Invoices, Payments, and Commissions
• Sets Budgets
• Variance Reports
• Forecasts
• Bank Reconciliations
• Amortizations
• Balance Sheets.

She is the point of contact for all vendors, ensuring compliance, recording of W9’s, and proof of insurance.

Annette will also handle special projects financial planning, collections, and cash management.
