Betty Husak joined the LandQwest Property Management team in 2013.

She attended accounting courses at FSU – Panama City Campus, and she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Hodges University.

Betty brings over 35 years accounting experience to the team. These experiences include over 10 years working at CPA firms, working as Corporate Controller for a Commercial Builder, a Corporate Controller for a Residential Home Builder, a Corporate accounting trainer for the Hotel industry, owning her own bookkeeping and tax service company, and working as an independent business consultant for small startup companies.

Betty is responsible for assisting in new property acquisition set up. Her duties in lease administration include new tenant set up, processing tenant Amendments and Assignments, and preparing lease Abstracts for all properties. Betty works closely with the Accounting department and Property Managers, assisting as needed. She is also responsible for preparing year end CAM reconciliations for all properties.

Her dedication and determined attitude make her a valuable asset to LandQwest.
