LQ Commercial continues to grow its team of next generation professionals with the addition of Associate Colleen Cleary to its Fort Myers headquarters office.

Cleary brings two decades of media strategy and consumer relations expertise, positioning commercial real estate with the same strategic approach that has elevated major consumer and retail brands including Kroger, Target, OXO and Proctor & Gamble.

The transition represents a unique advantage for Southwest Florida brokerage, as her ability to craft mass communication strategies will now center around retail, office, industrial, and land assets.

“Commercial real estate is about telling the right story just as importantly as accurate insight and expert negotiations,” said Cleary. “I’m excited to connect people with property—matching clients to the right commercial opportunities and maximizing the value and potential of their assets across Southwest Florida.” Cleary will provide comprehensive services including tenant representation, landlord leasing, and property sales.

Cleary is the third marketing and sales specialist to join the Southwest Florida production team, alongside Joey Gulino and Nick Matson in July.
