Madison Capital Group LLC purchased the 0.93-acre pad at 996 Westwood Square in Oviedo, Fla. from Shiva Oviedo LLC for $1,950,000. The fully entitled, utility-stubbed site along W. Mitchell Hammock Road just east of State Road 426 was purchased for the Links Car Wash company.
Links Car Wash is focused on applying a modern approach for an “elevated” car wash experience. All locations will feature advanced technology that delivers a spotless shine in less time.
This will be the eleventh location for the expanding brand. Established in just 2024, its owners (with a combined 50-years of operational experience) are scaling through rapid retrofits of backfilled locations from King’s, Docs, Floris Express and more, as well as securing unimproved, A-rated sites for future market dominance.
