LQ Commercial Property Management announces the promotion of Aimee Crow to Vice President; a pivotal move as the leader in Florida commercial real estate approaches its 20th anniversary and experiences significant organizational growth.
Her extensive 30 years of experience includes positions at Raymond James Financial, Sacco CPA and Associates, and Ragain Financial. Since joining LQ in 2017, Crow has been a cornerstone of the organization’s financial strategy. Previously serving as its Controller, she has been instrumental in growing its complex financial operations across a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and special-use commercial assets.
Her leadership was critical as LQ’s scaled its growth from a regional operator to over 3,000,000 square feet of Statewide accounts. “Our growth goes beyond geographical expansion,” said Property Management President, Mary Gentile, CRX, CSM. “Aimee’s promotion reflects a commitment to recognizing both talent and operational excellence. Her contributions have been integral to our evolution and continued growth.”
As Vice President, Crow will serve as a strategic ally to Florida commercial owners and identify ways to improve returns. A forward-thinking strategist, she will drive LQ Property Management’s operational efficiencies as well as elevated services for owners and tenants.
