Widely recognized as a capital markets specialist, Bruce has led the acquisition and disposition of numerous neighborhood shopping centers, multifamily developments, office buildings, and industrial facilities.

Licensed as a Sales Associate in 1985 and a Broker since 1989, he has successfully advised hundreds of clients throughout his career.

Bruce previously founded and grew his own commercial real estate firm, which he sold in 2004. He then served as President and CEO of a family-owned company, followed by six years as Executive Vice President of an optical media manufacturing company.

After relocating to Southwest Florida, Bruce returned to his true passion, commercial real estate, and now serves as Broker of Record for LQ Commercial, offering unparalleled expertise.
