CHARLIE BOSCARINO

Charlie Boscarino is Principal and Chief Executive Officer of LQ Commercial Real Estate Services. He oversees all activities of the firm and its affiliates, from recruiting to retention, guiding business development and more.

Formerly co-founder and President for Lakeland-based Retail Solutions Advisors (RSA), Charlie brings over 35 years of industry experience to LQ, and has served in an executive capacity for several notable companies.

Prior to RSA, Boscarino was Senior Vice President of Leasing and Asset Operations for RMC Property Group, where he handled all aspects of leasing, marketing and asset management. He has also served as President of Century Realty Funds’ commercial real estate division, Century Retail.

His tenure includes the:

• Supervision of site acquisitions, construction, leasing and other areas of operation for 70+ shopping centers.
• Multiple independent properties (Publix, Hobby Lobby, Marshalls, T.J. Maxx).
• Over the course of 25 years as Vice President of Real Estate for Bealls Outlet Stores, Charlie played a pivotal role in the development, asset management, construction, and marketing efforts for Bealls Inc. across 14 states. He was instrumental in the formation and growth of Bealls (formerly Bealls Outlet), helping to guide the retailer’s expansion to more than 500 stores nationwide.
