Chuck’s qualifications exceed that of the average commercial real estate agent in that he has completed extensive training to obtain designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Currently, Chuck specializes in investment properties and businesses in Florida. Chuck’s business focus is on selling veterinary, medical, and dental practices including both businesses and real estate. Working closely with clients to understand their goals allows Chuck to develop and execute a plan tailored to their individual needs. A commitment to exceptional client service has enabled Chuck to cultivate a large client base of real estate trusts, private equity groups, developers, private investors, and small business owners who rely on Chuck to identify and evaluate commercial real estate opportunities.
