Houston-based Midway and Orlando-based Parkway Property Investments have entered into a deal to create a new real estate firm, with the aim of capitalizing on investment opportunities across the southern United States. When it goes live later this year, the new Houston-based company will have a combined 45 million square feet of assets under management and 300 employees.
