David Oremland is a Senior Associate with LQ Commercial Group, where he offers decades of retail experience across the State, and based in Florida’s East Coast.
David is a known dealmaker, recognized for positioning marquee retail destinations and rolling out multi-market entries for national brands.
His landlord client base has included Kimco Realty, Redevco, Global Fund Investments and more.
His tenant representation roster has spanned national brands including Jersey Mike’s, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Hair Cuttery, My Salon Suites, Pure Green, Bex+Co Salon and the Dominique Dawes Academy (Gymnastics).
David came to LQ from The Rotella Group. He was also Vice President at TSCG, and Partner at the Southeast Retail Group.
His career began working for landlords on leasing and development. Then shifted his career to the tenant side with Ratner Companies; operator of Hair Cuttery, Bubbles, Salon Cielo, Salon Plaza and Paul Mitchell Schools. There, he rose from Regional Leasing Manager to Director of Real Estate and oversaw a 900+ unit national real estate portfolio.
At the LQ Commercial Group, David guides retail developers, landlords, and tenants who are entering into, or expanding across, East Florida and beyond.
