Donna Cook recently became the Property Manager for LQ Commercial Property Management in Tampa.

With more than 22 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Donna brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role.

She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Administration, and her background includes construction administration that affords a unique management perspective.

Throughout her career, Donna has gained extensive experience overseeing more than three million square feet of REIT-held properties as well as third-party management assignments.

In her LQ role, Donna implements well-managed building programs while emphasizing positive tenant relations and aligning with owner goals. This entails property inspections, vendor relationships, budget preparation, invoice processing and more.

Donna’s expertise in both property management and construction administration makes her well-suited to tackle the diverse challenges of commercial properties from Central to Southwest Florida.
