Eli Dioso serves as an Associate for LandQwest Commercial in the Tampa Office. He started his role with LQ as a Marketing Specialist in 2016. Dioso brings years of commercial
marketing success to shopping center owners, retail tenants, and developers throughout the greater Tampa Bay.

Eli was raised in the Tampa Bay (Palm Harbor) where he went to Clearwater Central Catholic High School and then later on attended Florida State University. His familiarity with the area has given him a keen eye of seeing trends, changes and developments. Eli Dioso has a strong connection with the community, well familiar with the local market and a prominent network of area owners and restauranteurs. Dioso knows the active players to present strategic opportunities for each client.

Dioso has closed over $10 million dollar’s worth of transactions his first year as an Associate with LandQwest. He now has a portfolio of properties in which he represents Landlords/Sellers. Dioso also serves as a Tenant Representative with active clientele, such as, Aldi, Mr & Mrs Crab, Playa Bowls, Bento Group, Ele & The Chef Group, to name a few.
