As a Property Manager, Faith is responsible for managing commercial properties throughout Southwest Florida. By maintaining strong relationships with the investors, developers, property owners, tenants, and vendors she can create added value to an owner’s bottom line.

Where others might see barriers she sees solutions. She conveys a patience and understanding for seeing all facets of the job and how all the integral parts work.

She has a vast knowledge of operational maintenance, contracts, lease administration, financial accounting and reporting, budget preparation, CAM reconciliations, disaster preparedness and emergency response management.

Faith has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2001 and has held her Real Estate License since 2011. Her portfolio includes office, retail, medical, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
