The Hyatt Place Melbourne Airport is the first hybrid concept hotel in the United States, serving both commercial airline travelers and private aviation customers. The hotel is central to major government contractors offering private terminals for business and luxury aviation. “The fact is that you have a hotel they can fly-in,” said David Mendal, above inset, co-founder and board member of real estate development group Twenty8, which partnered with ADELON Capital to make the hotel a reality.
