Griffin Broecker joined the LQ Commercial Tampa team in 2026, bringing a $15M+ production background in leasing, sale, and asset management. His hands-on background spans both deal execution and client portfolio strategy across all commercial asset types.

Prior to joining LQ Commercial, Griffin represented a diverse roster of high-net-worth individuals and private entities throughout the Florida Panhandle on investment property acquisitions – ranking among the top 15% of producing agents in the region. His work spanned a wide range of asset classes, with a focus on identifying and closing opportunities that others couldn’t.

Griffin’s edge lies in his ability to source off-market and hard-to-find properties to track down elusive ownership, navigating complex title situations, and converting cold leads into closed deals. Combined with a strong foundation in leasing, asset management, and negotiations, he brings a full-cycle skill set to every assignment.

He plays an active role in LQ’s diverse sales and leasing portfolio, including retail, office, and land. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation across the Tampa Bay market, with a sharp focus on canvassing, lead generation, and transaction management.
