Howard J. Corr, CCIM joined LQ Commercial as Senior Associate in 2026. His is among the regions’ most credentialed commercial real estate experts along Florida’s West Coast.

Howard earned his CCIM designation in 1985, one of commercial real estate’s most rigorous credentials, covering financial analysis, market analysis, and investment strategy.

His career has operated at an institutional scale: as Co-owner of Frandorson Properties, anchored by Frandor Shopping Center, one of the first regional shopping centers built in the Midwest. He went on to lead the Apollo Beach development: a 6,000-acre waterfront community.

Later Howard served as both Sales Manager and Director of Florida Commercial Sales at Coldwell Banker Commercial, where he leased 50,000+ square feet in 16 months.

He founded Corr Commercial Advisors in 2018; the Port Charlotte-based brokerage delivering institutional-grade commercial expertise from Sarasota to Naples.

Howard joins forces with LQ Commercial with an active portfolio of West Coast commercial development sites – and a half-century of market instinct.
