Jessica McEvoy is a Senior Associate with LandQwest Commercial. Jessica specializes in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation for leasing/purchase and sale agreements of all commercial real estate sectors in Southwest Florida. She has been involved in the successful negotiation of more than $35 million in transaction value. She has comprehensive experience developing and maintaining relationships with small businesses, large corporations, institutional clients, national retailers and developers. Jessica has worked as an integral part of the tenant representation team at LandQwest, working on accounts such as Aldi, Panera Bread, Darden Restaurants, Starbucks, The TJX Companies (TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods), Pollo Tropical and McDonald’s. In addition to Jessica’s Tenant Representation and sales/leasing role at LandQwest, she provides oversight on GIS mapping, demographic analysis and market research. Jessica’s market knowledge encompasses the west coast of Florida from Bradenton to Naples.

Prior to joining LandQwest Commercial in 2009, Jessica served as a Research Analyst for both WCI Communities (national home builder) and MapInfo Corporation (leading retail site selection consulting firm). Her real estate background includes all aspects of market research, geographic analysis and site selection. She is skilled in Market/Location Analysis, Sales Forecasting, Sister-Store/Market Cannibalization, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Planning/Zoning Review and Demographic Analysis.
