John successfully launched the LQ brand in 2004 and supplies his esteemed team and client base with 35± years of commercial brokerage, brokerage management, tenant representation and asset management experience.

John specializes in retail tenant representation for national big box and grocery brands, prominent fine dining and quick casual restaurants, as well as home furnishing retailers.

He is also responsible for the acquisition and leasing of large-scale development sites.

A former Asset Manager for Mariner Capital Management, and Founding Principal / Managing Retail Director of Colliers International in Southwest Florida, John has extensive experience in site selection, rollouts, tenant retention, lease plans, market studies, void analysis, corporate / committee consulting, capital improvements, lease negotiations, and strategic planning.

A longstanding Southwest Florida resident, John is actively engaged with local owners, developers, city planners and expanding retailers.

He is an involved member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and has been a part of their advisory panel for regional events.
