Jorge Rivera brings more than three decades of hands-on expertise in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and comprehensive facilities maintenance to LQ Property Management. Known for his precision, professionalism, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure, Jorge plays a critical role in maintaining the performance, safety, and longevity of the properties across our portfolio.

Before joining LQ, Jorge built an extensive career serving in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. His background includes supervising service teams, overseeing subcontractors, repairing and installing electrical and mechanical systems, performing emergency maintenance, and ensuring strict compliance with OSHA and industry safety standards. He has worked with major warranty insurance companies, managed large-scale service calls, and supported critical infrastructure—from industrial equipment to expressway tolling systems.

Jorge’s certifications include OSHA, CDL, Air Brakes, Forklift and Boom Lift operation, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Confined Space, Fall Protection, and additional lift and safety credentials. His ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, combined with his strong customer service approach, make him a trusted and versatile technician for our team and our clients.
