Kris Kral, CCIM joined LQ Commercial in 2024, bringing 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate.

Kris spent several years as a CRE lender in the Tampa market and worked for developing new stores in house for 7-Eleven, Sweetbay Supermarkets, and Delhaize America.

His brokerage career includes the representation of retailers like Ross Stores, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, LA Fitness, Club Studio, Michael’s, TopGolf, Full Speed Automotive, Brew Dog, Gen Korean BBQ and other national brands.

Kris holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida and bachelors in Finance from the University of Tampa.

Kris has also earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
