As a Research and Database Analyst, Madison transforms strategic market intelligence into actionable insights that drive LQ’s competitive advantage across retail, office, industrial, land, and investment sectors throughout Florida. She expertly manages targeted databases, conducts comprehensive market research, and leverages her advanced skills in research and data analysis to supply critical information that informs strategic decision-making.

In her current role, Madison spearheads the automation of market research processes through cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence applications. Her expertise extends to Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping, where she provides comprehensive location intelligence.

Madison Hickman joined the LQ Commercial team in March of 2021 as a Real Estate Coordinator for the Orlando Market and was promoted to Senior Real Estate Coordinator in March of 2024. In this position, she was responsible for coordinating leasing, sales, tenant representation, and new business development efforts. In February 2025, Madison was promoted to Research and Database Analyst where she now serves as an integral part of LQ Commercial’s quintessential Research division.

Madison graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration specializing in Integrated Business and Marketing. She has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2019.

Madison has more than 9 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Prior to joining LQ Commercial, she managed a large portfolio of REO/bank-owned residential assets.
