Madison Hickman joined the LQ Commercial team in March of 2021 as a Real Estate Coordinator for the Orlando Market.

Madison is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration specializing in Integrated Business and Marketing. She has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2019.

Madison has more than 6 years of experience working in the real estate industry. Prior to joining LQ Commercial, she managed a large portfolio of REO/bank-owned residential assets. She was responsible for overseeing property preservation and renovations, as well as managing the listing and selling process of the properties. Additionally, she conceptualized and implemented marketing initiatives for the brokerage.

At LQ Commercial, she is responsible for coordinating leasing, sales, tenant representation, and new business development efforts. Madison is the liaison between local executive officers and the marketing team. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
