Michael Price, ALC
Director – Land Division
Michael Price serves as the Director of the LandQwest Land Division
for the state of Florida with offices in Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, and
Michael concentrates on the marketing and disposition of
large and small scale land development projects suited for National
& Regional home builders, multifamily developers, commercial
developers, and investors. He also focuses on land for large scale mixed use developments and operates from Orlando through South Collier County on Florida’s West Coast.
By maintaining strong relationships with outside consultants, such
as engineering firms, land use attorneys, environmental consultants,
etc., Michael is able to bring forth a level of service and strategy to each project that provides an owner or developer with a clear outlook
of the path forward to achieving their preferred outcome.
An expert in the field of land sales, Michael is a designated Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) and additionally provides consulting services to developers and investors. The prestigious ALC membership is a segment of the REALTORS® Land Institute and is attained only by achieving the highest-performing land sales. Michael is engrained in the Southwest Florida commercial real estate market and possesses a strong track record of closing transactions, ranging from large-scale developments to in-fill commercial sites.
Michael has been involved in many SWFL developments ranging from master planned communities developed by some of the top National Home Builders to high profile commercial developments such as the first Whole Foods anchored shopping center
in Lee County.
A Fort Myers native, Michael is a graduate of the Lutgert School of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University (FCGU) with a B.S. Degree in Management. This business background, coupled with an extensive knowledge of Southwest Florida and its local business environment, has provided him with a wealth of expertise to complement his role as the Director of the Land Division at LandQwest Commercial.
