Mike is a 12-time CoStar Power Broker™ with over 25 years of experience in site selection, development, leasing, and investment disposition across retail, office, and industrial assets.

After receiving his Masters in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University, he began his career as a City planner for a growing suburban city of Columbus, Ohio.

He then began his development career as a development officer for an Assisted Living Company, developing over 25 projects throughout the Midwest.

He also worked as a Senior Development Manager for Bob Evans where he developed 45 restaurants all throughout the State of Florida.

Mike later joined Steiner + Associates, overseeing four $500M+ mixed-use regional town centers all over the U.S.

Since relocating to Florida in 2009, he has played a major role in shaping the region’s commercial landscape as Senior Associate of CRE Consultants and Senior Vice President of Equity, Inc.

Notable current developments include The Palm Pointe mixed-use project in Ft. Myers, three City Mattress buildings, Aspen Dental, Berkshire Place retail center, Sabal Bay mixed-use, Piper Medical Office Building, and the Skyline mixed-use project in Cape Coral.

He is also involved in future projects like Harbor Village (3,500-home community with 700,000 SF of office and retail) in Charlotte county. As well as two potential shopping centers in one of the new Eastern Collier Villages.

As Principal of LQ Commercial Naples, Mike is a leader in retail sales, leasing, tenant representation, and investment services across West Florida. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
