The Shoppes at Crescent Park in Riverview has sold.
The 23,641-square-foot shopping center along U.S. Highway 301 traded for $14 million according to CBRE which brokered the deal. The buyer was the New York real estate investment firm Curbline Acquisitions.
The previous owner was Clearwater-based KW Partners. According to Hillsborough County property records, it paid $2.8 million for the center in 2018.
The 23,641-square-foot shopping center is 95% leased to what CBRE calls a mix of national and regional tenants. Included in that mix are AT&T, Eggs Up Grill and Geico.
CBRE’s Jim Shiebler and James Garner represented both parties.
