Peter Klein’s history as a real estate executive over the past 30 years reflects extensive real estate development and brokerage experience throughout the central and eastern United States and Canada.

Specializing in regional and neighborhood shopping center development, acquisition and tenant representation, Mr. Klein has also been instrumental in developing and marketing for large corporations including Walmart Stores, where he acted as Director of Real Estate for Canada, which included oversight of many midwestern states. 

He directed the acquisition and development of sites in the New York Metropolitan market for a major hotel chain owned by Security Capital Group and he analyzed and underwrote investment real estate and directed acquisition for a major real estate investment trust. 

Mr. Klein has maintained exclusive representation for many major retailers across the United States throughout his career including Walmart Stores, Inc., (current preferred broker for both the east and west coast of Florida), The Home Depot, McDonald’s, Piccadilly  Cafeteria, Marie Callender’s, IHOP Restaurants, Mapco, Take 5, Stevi B’s and David’s Bridal for land acquisition and store development.

As a Senior Associate in the LandQwest Commercial office in Orlando, Mr. Klein continues providing real estate development and brokerage services for clients in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Texas and North and South Carolina.
