Largo Capital, the Sarasota headquartered financial firm, arranged $5 million in acquisition financing for the purchase of a St. Petersburg shopping center.

The property is the 97,399-square-foot At Home center at 4501 66th St. N. It is anchored by tenants At Home and Five Below and shadow-anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.

Largo did not disclose the buyer, but Pinellas County property records show it is a Doral LLC named GC Pete whose address matches that of the commercial real estate investment firm Granite Capital. Property records show the buyer paid $7.8 million for the center.

The previous owner paid $6 million for it in 2021. According to a statement from Katz & Associates, the seller is Fuqua Development.

The loan has a five-year fixed term at 5.85% that’s interest only for two years; interest then converts to a 30-year amortization.

Largo’s Patrick Madore arranged the financing.

Katz’s Daniel Solomon and Jon Cashion represented Fuqua.
