Stephanie Pineda joined LQ in 2022 as an Associate in the Fort Myers HQ office and has continued to make her mark in the commercial real estate industry.

A longtime Southwest Florida resident, Stephanie is recognized for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions in both retail and industrial commercial real estate. Since joining LQ, she has executed leasing and disposition transactions across all size ranges with the conviction that every deal deserves the same precision and dedication. Known for her expertise in retail NNN assets & industrial assets, Stephanie develops targeted value strategies that align seamlessly with her clients’ investment objectives, maximizing performance and long-term returns.

Prior to joining LQ, Stephanie was a business development consultant with a proven record of success in the office sector, complemented by over a decade of negotiating supply chains for multi-trade planned developments. She holds a degree in both Business Management and Construction from Florida SouthWestern State College.

Committed to expanding her expertise and delivering the highest level of service, Stephanie is currently a CCIM candidate, continually sharpening her investment analysis, market strategy, and negotiation skills to better serve her clients. Having witnessed the extraordinary transformation of Southwest Florida over the past two decades, she offers a unique blend of local insight, global perspective, and strategic vision.

When she’s not focused on commercial real estate, Stephanie enjoys challenging herself through Triathlons, Pilates, and other fitness activities. She also values spending quality time with her daughter and volunteering at her school.
