All About You Med Spa absorbed 1,639 square feet, HealthQuest PT occupies 2,170 square feet, and Allegiance Health of Southwest Florida completes the roster with a lease of 1,562 square feet.
The Developer, Gault Family Companies of Westport, CT, is represented by Mike Concilla of LQ Commercial and Penny Wickey of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate. They will continue representing Southbrooke throughout construction and completion of Phase 2.
