As commercial demand accelerates across Florida’s Gulf Coast, LQ Commercial makes a deliberate move into one of the State’s most active development markets: Charlotte County-based brokerage firm, Corr Commercial Advisors, have joined LQ Commercial.
Founded by Howard Corr, CCIM, who joins LQ as Senior Associate, and colleague Heather Pack as Associate, deepens LQ’s West Coast presence with an established duo and over $7.3M of commercial sale and lease listings.
Corr brings four decades of Florida commercial success. His career has operated at an institutional scale, first as co-owner of Frandorson Properties (anchored by Frandor Shopping Center, one of the first regional shopping centers built in the Midwest). He went on to lead a 6,000-acre Apollo Beach waterfront development. He has served as Director of Florida Commercial Sales while with Coldwell Banker Commercial and leased 50,000 square feet in just 16 months. In 2018, he founded Corr Commercial Advisors and has grown a dominant portfolio of development site offerings from Sarasota to Naples.
National homebuilders are carving out the Charlotte County “Burnt Store Road” corridor, and the County’s approved Harborview project is slated to deliver nearly 4,000 residential units and 655,000 square feet of commercial space.
Pack joins LQ with unprecedented Charlotte County market relationships. Her West Florida familiarity is drawing broad attention as she navigates through one of Florida’s most closely watched growth regions on behalf of owners, investors, developers, and tenants. This complements the development portfolio she and Corr bring to LQ’s growing West Coast team.
“I’ve operated in this market long enough to know the difference between a brokerage and a platform. LQ is a platform and growing with real intention. Merging with LQ made sense when I learned what Charlie [Boscarino] and the team were building. Our clients will feel the difference immediately,” said Corr.
“This convergence gives LQ more than an increased portfolio, but two deeply rooted agents in an area that developers across the State have on their radar,” said LQ CEO, Charlie Boscarino. He added “This level of projected density requires experienced, market-embedded experts to service it like Howard and Heather.”
Their joining is consistent with LQ’s recent growth across Florida, who added recognized commercial real estate professionals across both coasts; all in high-demand markets.
