LQ Commercial has secured an additional 30,000 square feet of industrial holdings for the Crowther Roofing commercial campus in Fort Myers, Fla.

The 60-year roofing, cooling, and sheet metal company has acquired two buildings at 2574 Rockfill Road. The 1.25-acre site neighbors five existing Crowther destinations, including a mechanical services building, electrical division, residential and commercial service departments, and its family-run main office.

“With a purchase price of $2,900,000, this acquisition dually reinforces Crowthers’ services while affirming the area’s industrial interest,” said LQ Commercial Broker of Record, Bruce Micciche, CCIM. Micciche represented the buyer in the transaction from the 10-year property owner, Commercial Residential Properties 111, LLC.

Micciche added that “Southwest Florida industrial supply is incredibly tight, so rapid negotiations were required to ensure Crowthers’ positioning. I am happy to have supported their commercial growth, while they support rapid regional expansion.”
