– LQ Commercial Real Estate and LQ Commercial Property Management jointly announce their landmark acquisition of Retail Solutions Advisors (RSA), a premier Lakeland-based firm known for its retail-centric reach.

The portfolio includes community shopping centers with national anchors, outparcels in high-growth corridors, mixed-use developments, redevelopment sites, investment assets, and distinguished property management assignments.

Charlie Boscarino, who joins as Principal and Managing Director for LQ Commercial Tampa Bay, commented: “I am proud of RSA’s growth over the past ten years. What started as a boutique commercial brokerage is now a successful team of brokerage and property management veterans covering the State.”

The acquisition also brings on board Lynda Nagy as Principal and Senior Associate, as well as Kelly Franzino as Senior Broker Associate. Together, they oversee a retail portfolio approaching 1,200,000 square feet, and represent national brands including bealls, Bealls Florida, Home Centric, Save-A-Lot (amongst others) in their site selection endeavors.

Donna Cook joins as lead Property Manager for the newly acquired assignments. RSA’s Property Management holdings are revered for its retail exclusivity, at nearly 450,000 square feet. The bulk of which are positioned along greater Tampa Bay.

“This convergence came at the right time to serve more area owners,” said Founding Principal, Mary Gentile, CRX, CSM. “Our maintenance, engineering, and property management teams are already enacting LQ’s one-stop management shop.” Through this strategic acquisition, LQ Property Management (an 18-year leader in preserving Florida retail, office, and industrial assets) expands its commercial portfolio to 3,150,000 square feet.

Boscarino holds over 35 years of collective industry experience at RSA, RMC Property Group, and Century Retail. Together, he supervised site acquisition, construction, leasing, and operation for over 70 shopping centers. Prior to that time, he served as Vice President of Real Estate and Development for Bealls Inc. across 14 states.

Nagy, a 30-year tenant representation and leasing expert, specializes in shopping centers, restaurants, and mixed-use projects. Before joining RSA, she was a key producer at Century Retail as well as Katz & Associates.

Franzino, with an impressive trajectory in her 20-year tenure, was Regional Vice President for Brixmor Property Group. While there, her 2,000,000-square-foot portfolio spanned across Florida and Georgia.

Cook holds 22 years of property management expertise. Her background includes the management of over three million square feet of commercial real estate. 

LQ indicated this aligns perfectly with their acquisition strategy in key Florida markets, hinting at plans to replicate this model in other regions.
