Kris, previously a Senior Associate, specializes in retail leasing and has represented a number of prominent national brands including Ross, Ollie’s Bargain Outlets, LA Fitness, Club Studio, Michael’s, TopGolf, throughout the Tampa Bay market. He has played an integral role in executing retail transactions and advising both local and national clients on strategic site selection and disposition initiatives.
