Arnold Sevell – of the storied Sevell Realty Partners – joined LQ in 2026. “Arnie” has negotiated over half a billion dollars of transactions and directed the development of over one million square feet of commercial real estate product.

Arnie’s Florida footprint covers South Florida and north through Jacksonville. He provides LQ clients with a multi-faceted discipline in retail, office, and land.

Arnie founded Sevell Realty Partners in 1989 as its President and CEO. Early in his career, he was a development Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and served as a South Florida court-appointed Receiver.

His standing as a civic institution, as much as a market force, is further evidenced by his ongoing membership in the:

• Previous Director, National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP).

He is well versed in commercial property management as well as zoning matters. Arnie is a 20-year Planning & Zoning Board Member for the City of Boca Raton and is its current Chair.
