Naples, Fla. (September 21, 2026) – Railhead Boulevard of Naples, LLC recently purchased the 39,789-square-foot “Rail Head Industrial Park” at 1455 Rail Head Blvd. in Naples, Fla. for $8,000,000.

Located in one of North Naples’ most successful industrial corridors, Rail Head, with 16 industrial/flex spaces, has attracted a multitude of manufacturing, distribution, office, showroom, and warehouse occupiers.

Mike Concilla, Principal of the LQ Commercial Group in Naples, and LQ Associate, Nick Matson, served as the transaction agents to both parties; each playing integral roles to bring this sale to a successful close.

Concilla’s Rail Head involvement spans over 15 years, during which he continually added value through lease stabilization.

“Brokering the entire transaction let us move swiftly while providing both parties with transparency from start-to-finish,” said Concilla. He added “The result of which is a great outcome for both buyer and seller – not to mention a 400% return to the seller.”

This ranks among the top five industrial sales year-to-date in Naples, according to CoStar. Only one other was a non-portfolio sale.

Concilla and Matson will continue to ensure the projects’ long-term success as its primary leasing representatives.
