Florida’s predominant Central to Southwest Florida commercial real estate brokerage, LQ Commercial, announces that Arnold Sevell – of the storied Sevell Realty Partners – has joined LQ, extending the firm’s reach along Florida’s East Coast.
Sevell has negotiated over half a billion dollars of transactions and directed the development of one million square feet of commercial product. His Florida footprint covers South Florida, Port St. Lucie, Daytona Beach and Jacksonville. Arnie provides LQ clients with a multi-faceted discipline in retail, office, industrial, land, and healthcare.
‘Arnie’ founded Sevell Realty Partners in 2000 as its President and CEO. Early in his career, he was a development Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and served as a South Florida court-appointed Receiver.
“I’ve spent 40 years watching Florida grow into one of the most attractive commercial real estate states. I’ve seen brokerages come and go, and I know what separates the ones that last from those that don’t. The difference is two-fold: people and culture,” said Sevell. “What Charlie Boscarino and the LQ team has created is the real deal. The platform, reach, and commitment to doing business the right way aligned with everything I have stood for in this industry. This is not a new chapter for me – it’s the right chapter.”
His standing as a civic institution, as much as a market force, is further evidenced by his ongoing membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), CoreNet Global (formerly the National Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives), and as a former Director of the National Association of Industrial and Office Professionals (NAIOP).
The move marks a defining moment for an organization that’s rapidly evolving into a Statewide institution. Sevell is the third recognized commercial real estate leader to align with LQ, joining Kimberly Kneier and Lynda Nagy in what’s becoming one of the most compelling talent stories in Florida CRE.
LQ Commercial’s expansion along Florida’s East Coast is not accidental. It is the product of intentional relationship cultivation and a relentless commitment to assembling talent that mirrors the caliber of the markets it serves. All eyes are on Florida’s East Coast. Arnie’s arrival is a signal of LQ’s Atlantic Coast growth still to come.
“We’re attracting legends,” said LQ CEO, Charlie Boscarino. “Arnie has spent four decades building the track record people dream of: half a billion dollars in client success! That’s proven reputation, and that’s the caliber clients should expect. We’re thrilled to partner with Arnie and our growing East Coast Team.”
