LQ Commercial Closes $2.5M Sale of Prime Trelago Outparcel in Maitland

LQ Commercial, is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 2.90-acre land parcel located at 601 Trelago Way, Lot 3 in Maitland, Florida, for $2,500,000.

The transaction was completed between seller BPL Maitland Concourse North, LLC and buyer HRP Maitland, LLC. Daniel Butts, President of LQ Commercial, represented the seller in the transaction.

The property is a highly visible outparcel along Maitland Boulevard, positioned between Interstate 4 and U.S. Highway 17-92 within the 300,000-square-foot mixed-use Trelago development. The project features a dynamic blend of retail, office, outdoor gathering spaces, and approximately 350 luxury apartment units, making it one of the area’s most prominent live-work-play environments.

Located in the highly sought-after Maitland submarket, the site generated significant interest due to its premier positioning along a heavily traveled corridor where developable land is increasingly scarce. The property received multiple competitive offers, providing ownership the opportunity to be highly selective in choosing a buyer that complements the existing high-end retail environment.

The parcel is slated to be developed by a well-known national grocery operator, further reinforcing the area’s position as a growing retail destination and enhancing the overall tenant mix at Trelago.
