TAMPA, FLA. (October 13, 2026) — LQ Commercial Group brokered the $4,207,500 sale of Mediterranea Professional Park, a six-building, 37,575-square-foot office park at 602-698 S. Tamiami Trail in Osprey, Florida, part of the Sarasota MSA.
At the time of sale, the park was 97% leased to a diverse roster of service-oriented tenants, including medical and health professionals, law firms, financial advisers, counselors, an insurance agency, and other local businesses.
The property also comes with built-in upside potential. An undeveloped pad on site is positioned for a future 9,756-square-foot building, giving the new owner the opportunity to expand the park’s square footage by roughly 26%.
Exceptionally well maintained and managed, Mediterranea Professional Park changed hands from one private, local owner to another, a sign of local investors’ confidence in the Sarasota County office market.
The sale follows a recent LoopNet report, “The Best Cities for Office Investing in 2026,” which ranked Sarasota No. 2 out of 50. The ranking was based on strong office demand and the quality of office assets in Sarasota.
