In a move set to significantly enhance the retail accessibility for Punta Gorda residents, SREG Commercial Real Estate Development have acquired a new retail development site through a $6.1 million transaction.

The acquisition includes approximately 18 gross acres, of which 10 acres offer direct road front retail commercial development land at Jones Loop, Punta Gorda, Fla.

This acquisition marks the final sale of the overall “Jones Loop” project which has been piloted and positioned for sale by Terracap Management out of Naples, Fla. for the last 10+ years.

The project has recently been branded “Punta Gorda Station”, and already has spurn interest with several national brands looking to move to the area. The project is located across from ALDI and Walmart Supercenter.

“This is an integral piece to the overall project and will provide much needed retail services to the Punta Gorda area. Punta Gorda residents are set to enjoy easier access to national and local retailers, as SREG Commercial Real Estate Development finalized the purchase of a prime 18-acre site for $6.1 million.
