LQ Commercial’s Tom Strauss and Jessica McEvoy represented the landlord, McGregor Pointe Shopping Center, LLC, citing this as Southwest Florida’s largest indoor pickleball club to-date. “Fitness and entertainment are optimal uses to backfill vacant anchor space, but PickleRage – at 42,000 square feet – will truly be a destination.”
Franchisee Ed Pickett will oversee the launch of the Fort Myers club, furthering PickleRage’s expansion in Florida. Positioned at a highly trafficked intersection that attracts more than 700,000 visitors annually, the new facility is set to become a central destination for pickleball, offering convenient access and a vibrant community atmosphere.
