Recognized as a seasoned authority in tenant representation, Kris boasts an impressive background with renowned companies like 7-Eleven, Sweetbay Supermarkets, and Delhaize America. He recently held key roles at The Shopping Center Group (TSCG) and RIPCO Real Estate.
His career includes the representation of retail giants like Ross Stores, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, LA Fitness, Club Studio, Michael’s, buy buy BABY, Full Speed Automotive, Brew Dog, Gen Korean BBQ and other national brands.
More than a Senior Associate, Kris is a catalyst for transformative growth who shapes the regions’ vibrant retail landscape. His decision to align this strategic acumen with LQ Commercial is a testament to the company’s thriving trajectory in Tampa Bay.
He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business and graduate of the University of Tampa, where he majored in Finance.
