Starting as a Marketing & Research Specialist in Tampa, Dioso has demonstrated exceptional growth in commercial real estate transactions. His portfolio includes work with national and regional companies such as McDonald’s, ALDI, Total by Verizon, and various hospitality groups.
Dioso’s recent achievements include CoStar Power Broker recognition for the largest retail transactions in the Tampa/St. Petersburg MSA in 2021 and 2022, LQ Commercial’s 2021 Rising Star Award, and LQ Tampa Top Producer for both 2022 and 2023.
A Tampa Bay native raised in Palm Harbor, Dioso brings deep local market knowledge and an extensive network of industry connections to his new role as Senior Associate.
